Registration Fee - USD 200.00

The registration fees for participants cover:

• Access to the scientific sessions and exhibition
• Dinner on 18th April 2014
• Course material (meeting kit, book of abstracts, certificate of attendance)
• Coffee breaks and lunch on 18th and 19th April 2014

Room Type: Standard Single Room Rate: USD 163.00 nett per room per night on BB basis Double Room Rate: USD 180.00 nett per room per night on BB basis Distance: 1 hr drive from airport to the hotel

Payment Conditions (for registration and hotel reservation)

• Full payment of the registration fee is required
• Two night deposit, payable to Asia Tours is required in order to confirm your hotel reservation, not later than 10th April 2014

Cancellation Policy (for registration and hotel reservation)

• Written cancellation received by 5th April 2014: one night cancellation fee applies
• Written cancellation received by 10th April 2014: 100% cancellation fees

Note: Amount due will be reimbursed two weeks after the event.
