Proceed to Kandy the last royal citadel situated in the central hills of Sri Lanka with an exotic oriental atmosphere, picturesquely located bordering a lake & river. Kandy is a cultural sanctuary where age old customs, arts & crafts thrive and flourish.

En route to Kandy visit Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage known to have the largest herd of Elephants in captivity in the world. The Orphanage is home to about 60 Elephants, out of which many are baby elephants being found abandoned or orphaned in the jungle.

In Kandy visit the Dalada Maligawa – the temple which enshrines the Tooth Relic of the Buddha.
