22.    Liaise with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner
23.    Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendor’s services/products
24.    Assist with the choosing of wedding give-a-ways (gifts)
25.    Assist with the table plan
26.    Ceremony planning
27.    Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding
28.    Final timelines prepared the month of the wedding
29.    Final consultation with vendors the month of the wedding
30.    Final meeting covering all details with client, the month of the wedding and the week prior to the wedding.

This detailed planning meeting will include:


Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client and vendors
Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, table numbers, etc.
